This therapy pack cover is a great solution that allows you to reap the benefits of hot/cold packs without hurting yourself in other ways.  It's insulated with natural cotton batting that protects you from the harsh temperatures but still allows the therapeutic effects to reach your ailments.  These are designed with a fold over end that keeps the pack from slipping out during readjustments and movement.
